We are Sorin and Andrei, father and son, and our story began three years ago on Mount Athos, with the building of a monastic cell. There, we discovered authentic monastic life and met true people of faith. Among all the places we visited, Esphigmenou Monastery touched our souls deeply.
The monks of Esphigmenou live in simplicity and obedience, strictly honoring the traditions of the Holy Fathers and refusing the compromises of modernism. Despite pressures and hardships, they persevere, pray unceasingly, and work with their own hands to survive, creating natural, pure, and blessed products.
We chose to support them by making these products known and accessible to people who seek authenticity, health, and true values.

About Esphigmenou Monastery:
Esphigmenou Monastery is one of the last strongholds of traditional monasticism. The monks live according to the ancient rules and strictly follow the teachings of the Holy Fathers. They reject modernism, which distances people from faith, and they refuse European funding so as not to be pressured into abandoning their principles.
Because of this, they face great difficulties:
• restricted access for pilgrims,
• inability to properly market their products,
• restrictions on fishing and transportation,
• numerous lawsuits against the monastery and its abbot.
Written on the monastery wall is their life’s message:
“Orthodoxy or death.”
Despite these hardships, the monks endure and work with their own hands to survive—producing blessed natural foods and products, constantly accompanied by prayer.
